Mimi joined the Eleanor clinic and has embraced the clinic in all its rainbow joy! She is excited to be working at a clinic that sees such a diverse population of patients and she prides herself on her friendliness and her ability to create a safe and welcoming space. She is particularly proud of her efforts to support Eleanor Clinic to march in the Midsumma Pride March.
Having quite a few years of reception work under her belt, there is nothing she loves more than efficiency and organisation and she will do her absolute best to make sure things run smoothly! Mimi is very patient focused and works hard to support you and your health goals.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, pursuing personal art projects, and going to the theatre. Her next personal challenge is rollerblading!
Hi! I’m Michaela, your friendly face at the front desk!
I’m always ready to lend a helping hand, and with plenty of pre-existing admin experience under my belt, I’m happy to point you in the right direction with your medical needs. You’ll probably catch me on the phone, booking you in or reminding you that it’s time to come and see us!
When I’m not at work, I’m freelancing as a graphic designer and motion design animator; and in my down time, I’m usually cooking up a storm, listening to some good tunes or spending time with my dog.
Giang (pronounced Zang) has found working at Eleanor Clinic to be a rewarding challenge while also studying to be a psychologist. She is speedy and efficient, and is always trying to find ways to make your patient experiences better.
She is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). She is planning to become a mental health professional in the disabilities sector, and she also brings this passion and care to work!
Giang adds her warm and welcoming manner to Eleanor Clinic in a lovely understated way, and provides a comfortable space for our patients attending Eleanor Clinic. When Giang gets a break from her study and work-life, she enjoys going to concerts and enjoying the yummy, diverse food Footscray has to offer!
I love my job and enjoy meeting people. I am satisfied knowing that I have helped patients in anyway I can.
I enjoy going to the AFL football and socialising with friends. When I can squeeze in some down time I love to meditate.
Meaghan knew it was time to put her skills back into play when her youngest child started school.
Since starting with Eleanor Clinic Meaghan has continuously built on her strengths and now helps coordinate our busy team of doctors and nurses, making sure things run smoothly for all our patients and every team member.
Meaghan is a West Footscray local and you may have seen her at a market or two, as in her spare time she enjoys getting behind a sewing machine and making pieces of fabric come to life. She also enjoys pottering around the garden and, as Meaghan is originally from NSW, she’s still trying to figure out aerial ping pong aka AFL!
I love helping others and that is why I love my job.
I have worked in medical administration for 20 years across a few sectors including General practice, Radiology, Workcover and Mental health services.
I love summer and going to the beach, cafes, markets and spending time with friends and family.
