I have been working in the medical industry for over 20 years encompassing General Practice, Cardiology and Paediatric Allergy fields. I find it rewarding ensuring patients’ needs are always met in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit and healthy by taking my Maltese Shitzu on long walks. In the past, I have challenged myself to events such as Tough Mudder, Eureka Stair Climb and Bloody Long Walk. I also enjoy cooking and am an avid reader, establishing a book club with my friends – if you want a great book recommendation, come see me.

Alex (he/they) is a queer administration enthusiast who grew up on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woirrung in Naarm.
Driven by a passion for community-centred work, Alex has built experience across local libraries, leisure, and education. He is thrilled to join the team at Eleanor as second-in-charge.
Alex believes systems should work for people, dedicated to creating efficient, warm, and affirming experiences for every patient at Eleanor Clinic.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys reading, watching Heated Rivalry, taking on overly ambitious craft projects, and spending quality time with his community.

Mimi joined the Eleanor clinic and has embraced the clinic in all its rainbow joy! She is excited to be working at a clinic that sees such a diverse population of patients and she prides herself on her friendliness and her ability to create a safe and welcoming space. She is particularly proud of her efforts to support Eleanor Clinic to march in the Midsumma Pride March.
Having quite a few years of reception work under her belt, there is nothing she loves more than efficiency and organisation and she will do her absolute best to make sure things run smoothly! Mimi is very patient focused and works hard to support you and your health goals.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, pursuing personal art projects, and going to the theatre. Her next personal challenge is rollerblading!

I have a very diverse experience range. I lived in Philadelphia for 5 years, where I worked in the local community hospital as a rehabilitation aide and cardiac/pulmonary receptionist. Upon returning home to Australia, I started my career as a GP Clinic Receptionist in Ballarat. To escape the cold, I then moved to wonderful Western Melbourne to start a family and joined the amazing team at Eleanor clinic.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two year old son, husband, family and friends. I love a good audiobook and eating jelly beans!

After working in the legal industry for 25 years I have decided to challenge myself and try something different. I love meeting all the patients and assisting them in working towards all their health goals in such a welcoming diverse clinic.
During my free time I love to travel and spend time with my husband, daughter and twin boys and catching up with my friends.
