Private Fee Schedule 2014

In order to provide high quality care to our patients, Eleanor Clinic is a private billing clinic.

Our consultation fees are reviewed annually and are determined to be fair and reasonable. Increases are generally in-line with CPI and based on guidance from the Australian Medical Association and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners

Medicare Rebates are refunded as soon as possible to those who hold a Medicare Card. Medicare Rebates are subject to change.

From 3rd of June 2024, card details will be required to book telehealth consults. Payment will be debited from your card within 15 minutes of your consultation, and your Medicare rebate will be processed.

From Monday 8th of July 2024, the fee for transfers of patient files and medical histories will be changing. Electronic transfers will be billed at $30 and paper or USB transfers will be billed at $40. We are able to send a brief summary free of charge. Please note that it can take up to 30 days from payment for your file to be transferred.

Fees for all appointments and services are payable on the day. From Monday 8th of July 2024, we will no longer claim the Medicare rebate on your behalf for any payments made after the day of service.
