Kate is a local of the West. She was drawn to General Practice for its variety as well as the continuity, enjoying providing long term care for people from all different walks of life.

Katherine enjoys all aspects of family medicine, particularly caring for children. Her other areas of special interest include travel medicine, orthopaedics /musculoskeletal medicine and mental health.

She is accredited for Implanon insertion and performs minor procedures and skin biopsies.

In her spare time Katherine loves to travel, with a particular soft spot for exploring her beautiful home state of Tasmania. She is an avid baker, having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London, and is a passionate supporter of the Arts.
