Automed & AMS Connect coming soon at Eleanor Clinic!

We are always striving to provide you with the best possible service, and as part of our commitment to reviewing and updating our procedures and systems, we have decided to move Eleanor Clinic from HotDoc to Automed.

This means that soon, you will be able to book appointments through the AMS Connect app (this is available for both Apple and Android phones), rather than using HotDoc.

AMS Connect offers all of the same benefits as HotDoc, including online bookings, requesting repeat scripts, and receiving consent forms straight to your phone. Aaaaand…. It also has some extra features – once it’s up and working, we will be able to let you know when your results have come in and everything is A-OK without you needing to call the clinic!

Automed and AMS Connect will be live from Thursday 29/02/24.
